Counselling with an experienced therapist, offering help with problems such as loss, bereavement, illness, depression, stress, relationship difficulties and workplace issues. I provide a safe space where you can talk freely about your problems. Counselling can help you feel less overwhelmed by what you cannot change, and develop your resources to work on what can be changed. Therapy is provided in pleasant rooms in the centre of Daventry, close to free parking.
